Palin wants war (perhaps so)...

"I hate war as only a soldier who has lived it can, only as one who has seen its brutality, its stupidity..."

(General Dwight D. Eisenhower, 34th U.S. President)

Sarah Palin is not Eisenhower.

She has never experienced war in her life.

She never lost any of her family members in war.

America is not Europe - America has never been destroyed so badly by war.

That could be the reason she said: "Perhaps so..." when she was told that NATO membership would require the U.S. to come to Georgia's aid in case of war with Russia.

For Palin, going to war is like going moose hunting in Wassila. Can be done easily, whenever she wants it.

There is only one difference between Sarah Palin and George W. Bush:

Lipstick.

Very nice summary! I totally agree with you. Too bad I am not allowed to vote in your country ;)

Arno,

I'm not American nor living in the U.S. I did live in the States few years ago.

Now I'm just an ordinary world citizen who doesn't want to see a war-thirsty person to become U.S. leader.

If U.S. doesn't engage every country's businesses, I don't care who will become their leader. They're on their own.

However, since U.S. wants to engage everyone's businesses, then I do care who their president is.
